Notice Regarding Federal Tax Forms at the Sturgis Public Library

The IRS has announced they will no longer be sending most forms to distribution centers such as public libraries.

The following forms will be available at the library as soon as they arrive:
  • Form 1040
  • Form 1040A
  • Form 1040EZ
Instructions, schedules, and forms can be found online at IRS.GOV, or citizens can call 1-800-829-3676 to request forms be mailed directly to them.
