COVID Testing
The deadline for Sturgis residents to apply for COVID Testing
is this Friday, August 14, at NOON.
Applications are available for pick up at the Sturgis Finance Office, the Sturgis Library, and the Sturgis Community Center. Residents can also download an application from https://www.sturgis-sd.gov/news/post/9744/
Completed applications will need to be emailed to COVID@sturgisgov.com or dropped off at the Sturgis Finance Office located at 1040 Harley-Davidson Way during regular business hours. Once an application is received, the Finance Office will mail a voucher to the applicant.
Vouchers have been mailed to those who applied prior to August 11. If you submit an application after 8/12, the voucher will be hand-delivered to your home. You must be registered with Monument Health by August 17.
