Help us kick-off the start of summer story hours by joining Sturgis Public Library for a look at the night sky. Take a guided flight through the solar system, to other stars, and even outside the Milky Way galaxy. Explore the night sky in the Digitarium, a portable planetarium with a computer display of the sky. Constellations are outlined and images are displayed in a variety of cultures. Zoom in on the planets and count their moons. Watch the phases of earth's moon in a matter of minutes. Experience the night sky without the need of a telescope. The Digitarium, on loan from the SD Discovery Center in Pierre, will be set up in the Auditorium on Main Street Monday, June 4th from 9:00 - noon and 1:00 - 4:00. Flights will run on the hour and half-hour. Space is limited to 25 children per session. Cost is free.

*The Summer Reading Programs are sponsored in part by grants from the Sturgis Rally Charities Foundation. Grant funds are from the Sturgis Corporate Sponsorship Program and the motorcycle raffle conducted by the Sturgis Chamber of Commerce.
