Artist of the Month - November 2018

Bill is a Sturgis resident and current editor of the Sturgis Chronicle. Photography has been a part of his life since he got his first Kodak Brownie. His basic photography is taken from much of the Black Hills. He then started looking at what he could do with a standard landscape or water shot using the Photoshop Elements program. He cannot tell you how he arrived at some of his images. It is not because he doesn't want to. It is because he didn't keep track of each item that led to the final product.
